The tripartite partners – the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) have issued details of Safe Management Measures required of employers allowed to resume their operations. Singapore is gradually relaxing restrictions and selectively resume economic activities. Companies need to ensure strict Safe Management Measures are implemented to protect their employees/visitors amidst their business operations.

ISRC will assist companies to develop and implement these Safe Management Measures to provide a safe working environment and minimise risks of further outbreaks.
♣ Develop a Safe Management Measures Manual for the company
♣ Appointment of a WSH officers as company Safe Management Officer (SMO)
♣ Devise a monitoring plan to ensure compliance with Safe Management Measures
♣ Conduct regular inspections and checks. Inspection reports/records will be submitted to the Client
♣ Set up online form to report and collate health checks for employees and visitors
♣ To conduct gap analysis on the effective implementation of safe control measures
♣ Implement measures to support contact tracing
♣ Provision of Safe Management Officer Training
