  • General Confidentiality and Privacy of Personal Data

    ISRC collects information from trainees for administrative and academic purpose. We take security measures to safeguard your personal information. We may share necessary information with Government Agencies, unless such sharing is prohibited by legislation. ISRC will NOT share personal data with non-government entitles, except where such entities have been authorized by yourself. Please refer to our Data Protection Policy for details. Requirements for personal data submission to SkillsFuture Singapore can be found here (Refer to Section: 06)

  • Course Fee Funding For BizSAFE 2 & 4

    *Only for BizSAFE Level 2 & 4

    1. Only Singapore Citizen (SCs) and Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs) are eligible for funding.

    2. Please visit the following website on the types of Funding available:
    (a) Self-Sponsored Individuals: https://www.ssg-wsg.gov.sg/individuals.html
    (b) Company Sponsored: https://www.ssg-wsg.gov.sg/employers.html

    3. Participants will be eligible for course funding upon meeting the following criteria for course completion:
    (a) Meet a minimum of 75% attendance for each module and/or for the course
    (b) Assessed as "competent" for all module(s) and/or for the course (where applicable)

  • Withdrawal & Deferment

    Withdrawal and deferment notice must be made to ISRC Pte Ltd via email training@isrc.com.sg.
    For withdrawal case, the portion of course fee to be refunded is base on the date of notice as follows
    (for participants not claiming SDF grant):

    • 2 weeks before the commencement of the course – Full refund
    • Less than 2 weeks before commencement of the course – 70% refund
    • On or after date of commencement - No refund

  • Note for Participants

    Course confirmation will be sent out to participants via email 2 weeks before the course commencement date.

    When attending the course, please bring along a copy of the course confirmation notification and NRIC/WP/Passport at all times when attending the course.

    Please bring along NRIC/WP/Passport when attending assessment/examination for verification purpose.

    Trainees are advised to be punctual for the course duration and during the day of examination/assessment. Late participants may be barred from entering or taking the examination/assessment.

    If trainee is found cheating, trainee will be barred from the examination/assessment and ISRC will reserve the rights to take necessary actions.

  • Electronic Certificate after completion

    Trainees who are Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents can log in to the MySkillsFuture portal using SingPass to download their e-Certs. Trainees who are foreigners without SingPass can email : training@isrc.com.sg. to download their e-Certs.
