  • NOTE:

    1) For participants who are not eligible for grant, course fee must be paid at least 1 week before the commencement of the course.
    - Once course is confirmed, an invoice will be sent to you.
    - A receipt will be issued upon confirmation of payment.

    2) For participants who are eligible for grant, after grant is finalized, an invoice will be sent to you after the course.

  • Course Fee Funding For this course

    *Only for WSQ Courses

    1. Only Singapore Citizen (SCs) and Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs) are eligible for funding.

    2. Please visit the following website on the types of Funding available:
    (a) Self-Sponsored Individuals: https://www.ssg-wsg.gov.sg/individuals.html
    (b) Company Sponsored: https://www.ssg-wsg.gov.sg/employers.html

    3. Participants will be eligible for course funding upon meeting the following criteria for course completion:
    (a) Meet a minimum of 75% attendance for each module and/or for the course
    (b) Assessed as "competent" for all module(s) and/or for the course (where applicable)

    Participants who do not meet the above criteria in 3(a) & 3(b), will be liable and billed the full course fees.

  • Exam / Assessment

    Each participant will have to attend an Assessment on the last day of the course. If they do not meet the Competency passing mark, they will need to to re-take the same course again.



  • Withdrawal & Deferment *Only for this course

    Course withdrawal notice must be made to ISRC at least 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the course.

    For withdrawal made less than 2 weeks prior to commencement, an administrative fee of 30% of full course fee will be chargeable.

    100% Full course fee will be chargeable for withdrawal made on or after course commencement.

    *All administrative fee will be subjected to GST

  • Note for Participants

    Course confirmation will be sent out to participants via email 2 weeks before the course commencement date.

    When attending the course, for verification purposes, please bring along your NRIC/WP/Passport at all times.

    Trainees are advised to be punctual for the course duration and during the day of examination/assessment. Late participants may be barred from entering or taking the examination/assessment.

    If trainee is found cheating, trainee will be barred from the examination/assessment and ISRC will reserve the rights to take necessary actions.


  • Electronic Certificate after completion

    A copy of the e-Certificate will be sent to ALL trainees. Trainees who are Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents can also log in to the MySkillsFuture portal using SingPass to download their e-Certs.
