ISRC collects information from trainees for administrative and academic purpose. We take security measures to safeguard your personal information. We may share necessary information with Government Agencies, unless such sharing is prohibited by legislation. Course Fee Funding For WSQ Courses4

*Only for BizSAFE Level 2 & 4

1. Only Singapore Citizen (SCs) and Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs) are eligible for funding. (Terms and Conditions apply)

2. Please visit the following website on the types of Funding available:
(a) Self-Sponsored Individuals: https://www.skillsfuture.gov.sg/funding-individuals
(b) Company Sponsored: https://www.skillsfuture.gov.sg/funding-employers

3. Participants will be eligible for course funding upon meeting the following criteria for course completion:
(a) Meet 100% attendance for each module and/or for the course
(b) Assessed as "competent" for all module(s) and/or for the course (where applicable)

Participants who do not meet the above criteria in 3(a) & 3(b), will be liable and billed the full course fees.

Funding and Grant Reclamation
The Training Provider will submit trainee details through the SSG Training Provider Gateway and bill the NET course fee, provided the trainee appears eligible for the grant. All grants are pending final approval by SSG.

ISRC will reclaim the funded amount (from the trainee or employer) if any of the following conditions are not met:
1) The trainee passed the course assessment.
2) The trainee met the minimum attendance requirement.
3) The SSG training grant application is rejected (even after the course has ended).

Key Eligibility Requirements
Participants must be CPF contributors to qualify for the grant/subsidy.

Interns on internships are not eligible (as they do not contribute CPF).

ISRC reserves the right to reclaim the grant from the client if an incorrect eligibility declaration is made.
Re-Course

Each participant will have to attend an Assessment on the last day of the course. If they do not meet the Competency passing mark, they will need to reattend the course on another date.
Withdrawal & Deferment *Only for BizSAFE Level 2

Course withdrawal notice must be made to ISRC at least 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the course.

For withdrawal made less than 2 weeks prior to commencement, an administrative fee of 30% of full course fee will be chargeable.

100% Full course fee will be chargeable for withdrawal made on or after course commencement.

*All administrative fee will be subjected to GST
Note for Participants

Course confirmation email and invoice will be sent out to participants via email 2 weeks before the course commencement date.

Please ensure you are able to log into your SINGPASS for mandatory attendance taking purposes. If you are unable to, it may affect your Absentee Payroll (if any). You will need to rectify this before the course commencement or you may have to attend another class.

Trainees are advised to be punctual for the course duration and during the day of examination/assessment. Late participants may be barred from entering or taking the examination/assessment.

If trainee is found cheating, trainee will be barred from the examination/assessment and ISRC will reserve the rights to take necessary actions.
Electronic Certificate after completion
