This course will provide participants with the knowledge and skills on risk management process by using the bow tie analysis tool. Participants will have an understanding on hazard identification, conduct evaluation and effective implementation of control measures.

Bow Tie Analysis provides the clearest graphical illustration of risk management which can easily be understood by all levels within an organisation. This tool has made communicating risk issues easy and to obtain feedback from the ground.
