Step 1 : Staff Development
Designated personnel (such as Environmental Managers, Quality Managers, HR Managers, HSE Managers, etc) who have been assigned to implement the Environmental Management System (EMS) for the organisation needs to understand the system’s requirements and methodology. ISRC provides the relevant depth and breadth of training required for client’s staff who will be involved in the EMS. Training is individually tailored to ensure relevant knowledge and skills transfer enabling a successful roll out the program.
Step 2 : Developing & Implementation of
Environmental Management System (EMS)
ISRC consultants will work together with your key personnel to identify critical environmental performance outcomes. We are able to provide the expert technical know-how on the systems, carry out reviews and offer opportunities to improve the EMS which should be integrated into the organisations existing process and procedures. The EMS, together with the other systems should be cohesive and operate to the benefits of the organisation. There are 4 phases in each EMS :
